PRIMEPLUS & PRIME+ GRIP ARE BACK

The popular primers Primeplus & Prime+ Grip are being reintroduced due to popular demand. The packaging has been updated and upgraded to align with the Kerakoll brand, but the products are the same that you used and loved previously.

Both primers are rapid drying priming and bonding agents that can be used on floors and walls, internally and externally. Developed to be dry in as little as 15 minutes, both Primeplus and Prime+ Grip offer clear to see application due to their individual bespoke colouring.

Primeplus is coloured green and is ideal for controlling porosity in absorbent substrates, while Prime+ Grip, coloured blue, is perfect for consolidation of the substrate or adhesion enhancement of non-porous substrates prior to the application of levelling and smoothing compounds and tiling and flooring adhesives.

More details on the products can be obtained from the Kerakoll team, who will also be delighted to answer any questions and offer technical advice on particular projects.

COMPACT FLOORS WITH A POWERFUL PUNCH

With the Iperform 70 and Adriatico 70 compact sheet vinyl ranges from IVC Commercial, you can unlock heavy-duty performance for a floor that never lets your customers down. The ideal solution for projects where wearing out isn’t an option, these floors are the perfect choice for schools, communal areas in housing, healthcare and much more.

The secret to the performance of these floors lies in the 0.70mm wear layer, compact core, glass fibre stability layer and high- density backing. In combination, they deliver the strength and stability to endure the busiest of areas: bustling corridors and busy receptions, these are floors that can do it all.

For the ultimate all-round performance, Iperform 70 features Performance Barrier. This extra layer ensures that the floor remains strong and holds its appearance, even after years of use. Additionally, it comes with Sanitec anti-bacterial protection for improved hygiene, as well as R10 slip-resistance. Hyperguard+ also helps to make maintenance a breeze, fighting off scratching, staining and scuffing.

Iperform 70 is available in a wide range of designs. With wood plank, herringbone and chevron, terrazzo, concrete, textile and colour effects, you can find the right style no matter what the project.

Adriatico 70 is an affordable heavy-duty compact vinyl floor. Available in a design inspired by a classic homogeneous vinyl look, the floor features 3D chips of coloured vinyl. It comes in six workman-like colours suited to general use in education, public areas and more. The floor comes with Invertech for an even, dirt- resistant and textured top layer and is R10 slip resistant.

In large areas where sheets will need to be seamed, both Iperform 70 and Adriatico 70 is suitable for use with IVC Commercial Invisiweld. This chemical bond leaves an imperceptible join that maintains the design’s aesthetic integrity and is stronger than conventional hot welding and weld rods. It also reduces risk of failure at this common hotspot.
