Centrego Renew is the latest addition to Robert Scott’s innovative Toucan Eco range. A highly sustainable disinfectant generator that uses just water, salt and electricity to make 2L of powerful, antibacterial multi-surface cleaner in four minutes, Centrego Renew has been developed in response to customer demand for enhanced choice and versatility in its sustainable cleaning solutions.
The UK-designed Centrego Renew is aimed at the professional cleaning sector and with its 2L capacity, it is the perfect choice for busy small to medium workspaces.
The hypoallergenic disinfectant produced by Centrego Renew replaces the need for up to 80% of cleaning chemicals, as well as the single use plastic bottles they came in. Centrego Renew makes fast-acting cleaning fluid in just four minutes, or eight minutes for a double strength solution. Any surplus solution reverts to its original state which can be safely disposed of down the sink.

The cleaning solution produced by Centrego Renew contains 99.99% water, hypochlorous acid and sodium hypochlorite. Certified to EN 14476, EN 16777, EN 1276 and EN 13687 standards, it is also registered as a UK biocide. The pH of the solution is a gentle 7.8-8.5, so it is not aggressive like bleach and it’s safe to use, with no protective clothing or PPE required. It is simple to make onsite, taking only minutes for the electrolysis process to convert salt water into a powerful, safe disinfectant cleaner.
