With a team of 25 engineers supported by a team of three service coordinators, Glosrose customers can be confident of a quick response and regular servicing. They have a large contract rental fleet and receive a high number of renewals which is testament to the service they provide. The relationship with Volvo began in 1988 when Glosrose
won a major contract with Kemsley Mill, Sittingboune. The mill needed forklifts to move around paper stock and paper rolls. Volvo L120 loading shovels were introduced into the recycling area of Kemsley Mill to help with waste management as part of a contract rental agreement through Glosrose. Glosrose officially became a Volvo utility equipment dealer in
2012. In that time they have built up a positive relationship with various members of Volvo staff and regard the machines as reliable, quality products.
