Welcome to the our new London focused zine from Continental Chef Supplies, part of Lockhart Catering Equipment & the wider Bunzl PLC. In this inaugural issue is an introduction to our London Innovation Centre, it's manager Lois Love and our Showroom Poodle Roni! We also have exclusive features on local Restaurants, Sustainability, New & Existing Tabletop Products & Michelin Green Stars in and around our capital.


It was also a huge pleasure to interview previous National Chef of the Year winner Steve Groves, plus we got the chance to speak with The 2023 Young National Chef Of The Year Winner Mae Dionio in our "5 Minutes With..." feature. Elsewhere in the issue, discover our exclusive product review of Ariane Porcelain by it's designer, and find out what’s new & trending in tabletop for the rest of the year.
