How much emphasis do you put on your Tabletop Presentation?
As our venue itself already has incredible details and a lot of style. For the tabletop presentation, Hovarda tends to focus on a more minimalistic and clean approach; which allows more room for playing with the food plating and portions. Dishes are presented in neat yet stylish plates to allow attention to be brought mainly to the food itself.

Do you have a specific menu highlight?
All of our dishes have a special Hovarda touch to it. From all time Aegean classics to signature dishes. For instance, the Saganaki is a must: barrel aged feta, wrapped in pastry, drenched in truffle honey, topped with basil. As well as the traditional lamb Kleftiko with sauteed oyster mushrooms and our Whole Sea Bass cooked in open fire drizzled with ladolemono and chives.
