1. You won Young National Chef of the Year 2023. What was your favourite part of the


process (other than winning)? I loved the planning and organising of what I was going to cook, focusing on technique, visual, seasonality of ingredients, also pushing myself out of my comfort zone and growing in confidence. Plus meeting new people, making friends and connections along the way It’s all a learning process and stepping out of your comfort zone.
