Esders’ OLLI explosion-proof gas warning and measuring device detects fl ammable and toxic gases, as well as oxygen, and can be set-up to operate in several different measuring ranges. The OLLI is ideal for use in an extensive range of applications and individual device confi gurations for different areas of application are available.
The versatile instrument combines a multitude of different functions in one device. Operators can choose which sensors, which measuring ranges and if the OLLI is to be used with an accumulator or batteries. End users also have the choice between a diffusion device or a device fi tted with an integrated pump. As an option, the OLLI can be delivered with specifi c settings set up to the operator’s specifi c criteria.
The OLLI is protected by an ergonomic and exceedingly rugged two-component synthetic casing, providing protection class IP 67 and provides functions and menus set to comply with international standards and regulations. The measuring range for combustible gases, such as methane, covers 0 to 100% LEL and 0 to 100% by volume. The lower measuring range of parts per million (ppm) is also offered as an option, to make the instrument suitable for gas detection in domestic installations. For carbon monoxide the OLLI’s measuring range is 0 to 1000 ppm, while for hydrogen sulphide it is 0 to 200 ppm. For oxygen content determination in the process of gas pipeline commissioning, the OLLI operates in the range of 0 to 25 volume percent for oxygen when equipped with the requisite sensor technology.
With its capability to measure combustible gases, carbon monoxide and hydrogen E, the OLLI is also ideal for initial use in the event of malfunction reports at biogas plants. When operated with the optional infrared sensor for combustible gases and carbon dioxide, the OLLI becomes a highly reliable instrument for use in confi ned space entry applications.
