Protea Ltd Adds In-Situ Continuous Emission Monitoring to its Product Range
Protea Ltd acquire the sole rights to manufacture the Parker Procal range of In-Situ Continuous Emission Monitoring (CEMS) and Process analysers from Parker Hannifi n. The range of In-Situ analysers are considered to be number one in the fi eld of CEMS with a large installed base in demanding applications globally. The In-Situ analysers will compliment Protea’s existing extensive product range, enabling
the company to develop its application capability in all key industrial sectors.
Protea Ltd design and manufacture a range of advanced Fourier-Transform Infra-Red (FTIR), Tuneable Laser Diode (TDL) and Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (QMS) instruments. The systems are supplied for both CEMS and Process applications, capable of monitoring low level emissions compliant with international standards (European EN14181 and US EPA).
The Company will manufacture the In-Situ product range in a new facility in Peterborough UK and has recruited a team with extensive experience of In-Situ CEMS technology .

The continuous improvement of the serviceability of our airpointers is one of our strategic quality goals. Therefore, we have enhanced our well-known ser- vice interface by integrating schematic views of the modules including the life data of all respective values displayed so far in a tabular form.

You easily see the actual state of the module as well as the actual valve positions. If you need more information as shown in the schematic view, simply press the grey table button and you are back on the tabular form with the more detailed data. The schematic views provide a good overview and help to get a better under- standing of the underlying working principles.
Obviously we ensure to keep that the internet traffi c is kept low due to the use of small size drawing fi les.
In addition we provide a fully integrated repair guide, which is a work- fl ow supporting to fi nd or at least locate the source of a problem. The repair guide will lead you through the actions to be taken in order to locate the failure source. This will either lead to resolution of the prob- lem or help to fi nd the failure much more easier and quicker together with our 3rd level support team. At the end the technician can down- load a report fi le and give this to the next level support documenting his work.
