Services on the up O
UR Cube customers have had their say through our latest satisfaction survey and we
want to say a big thank you for the feedback. The results show that Cube factored
owners are happier with the services YourPlace provides on Cube’s behalf, with overall satisfaction going up nine percentage points. More customers told us they felt our services provide value for money – this went up from 39% to 53%. Customers were particularly pleased with the lift maintenance, concierge and stair lighting aspects of our factoring service.
While Cube owners said our staff
were polite, approachable and helpful, 44% felt we could keep them better informed when they raise a repair or have an enquiry. We know we can get better and these results will help us focus on areas for improvement. The survey
Our Edinburgh team
highlighted areas including our environmental services such as backcourt maintenance and stair cleaning in some neighbourhoods. We are already working with our staff and contractors to address these issues. Environmental operatives will now be based at Cube’s high-rise blocks in Wyndford, Broomhill and Gorget from 8am till 8pm every day, with a night mobile team on hand to visit wherever they are needed throughout the night. The new service means 24-hour
cover to make sure Cube communities are kept clean – and safe – round the clock.
While 93% of Cube customers using our Home Contents Insurance, boiler and central heating maintenance or internal repairs services are happy with them, awareness of these services among other Cube customers was low. If you are interested in our competitively priced optional services then just get in touch.
CUSTOMERS based in Edinburgh now have a brand new team dealing with all their factoring needs. James Worthington and Kimberly
Ross are delighted to be joining Chris Lyon and will be based at our office at New Mart Road in Edinburgh. Team leader James said: “I am delighted to join YourPlace and help shape the business so we can continue to provide excellent customer service, improve our services and help people in our communities.” Customers in the east previously
received correspondence from Dunedin Canmore which will now come from YourPlace. If there is anything you are unsure about, please get in touch.
