ON AUGUST 12 AT SHARONVILLE CONVENTION CENTER It’s been more than two years, but at long last, the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association is getting ready to open its doors for the 2021 Trade Show on Thursday, August 12 at Sharonville Convention Center from 5 pm to 7:30 pm. After the past year of shut-downs and Zoom meetings, we are
projecting a great crowd of more than 600 to 700 leasing agents, maintenance technicians, property managers and multifamily housing owners lining the aisles of the show to meet and greet our industry partners. If you are one of the few who hasn’t attended our trade show in the past, here is your chance to see what all the hype is about. Some of the products, services and people you meet may lead you to success in the apartment rental industry.
This year, we have 99 booths with various vendors that supply a product or service directly to the multi-family housing industry. This is your chance to meet them all and - as always - we have free parking, free admission and plenty of entertainment. Food will be available from 5:45 pm to 6:45 pm on the trade show floor. Not only is the Trade Show your chance to meet and greet more than 90 different vendors and broaden your knowledge of the multifamily housing industry, but you can walk away with one of several different door prizes or one of the grand prizes totaling $1000 in cash! This year, for the grand prize, we once again will have three separate drawings of $200, $300 and $500. Winners must be present and a member of the Apartment Association to qualify. The raffle begins at 7:15 pm and all you need to do to be eligible is visit every participating booth and have your Game Card initialed by the exhibitors. Then drop your card in the Prize Booth and be sure to be present in the hospitality area at 7:15 pm! Returning this year, courtesy of our VIP Sponsors, we will be giving away four $100
cash prizes every 30 minutes beginning at 5:30 pm! Be sure to pick up your GCNKAA 2021 Cash Drawing Information sheet and drop your business card in the VIP Booth boxes located at our VIP Booths. This year our VIP booths include:
