Magnus Grönborg Assumed the CEO Position for OXE Marine AB


AMS Global Adds Seven New Members to the Team as It Continues to See Business Growth


Marine consulting and safety specialists AMS Global Group has added seven new members to the teams across its various divisions as it continues to upscale in response to an ongoing surge of activity in business.


Magnus Grönborg succeeds Myron Mahendra who has assumed the position of EVP Business Development, Sales and Marketing. Appointing Magnus Grönborg is part of the previously communicated move into the next phase of OXE Marine´s development, with third party production facilities in both Poland and the US, where the board of directors has resolved to reorganize the management team to optimize the Company’s ability to achieve its financial and operational targets.

Four of the new starts, Kenny MacDonald, Charlie Duncan, and Danny Brown, who are Safety Technicians and Karl Meadows, a Disinfection Technician have joined the safety division where services include mitigating risk in confined space, working at height, disinfection and fire and gas detection.


Colin Young joins AMS as a Marine Assurance Surveyor in the marine technical service, Marc Taylor is a new Workshop Operations Supervisor with the company and Ania Janiak joins as Finance Controller.

Med A2575 Series Tug


Nemo Marin, B-Hepworth’s supplier in Turkey, won an order for the Med A2575. Med Marine announced the delivery to Spanish tug operator Remolques Gijoneses for a MEDA2575 series tug. Med Marine previously delivered two 24m x 45TBP ASD tugs designed by Robert Allan Ltd. to Spanish operator’s Gijón operations.


MED-A2575 series is a Robert Allan’s RAmparts 2500W design, which is an ASD design offering different bollard pull options.


MED-2575 series are known as versatile and robust ASD tug designs for ship-handling, coastal towing, general purpose, or escort duties.


The Tugboat comes equipped with 6 x Type D Wynn Straight Line wipers and 2 x 1000 series controllers.
