Summer Cocktails made with

‘The Properly Improper Gin’

Introducing the Brockmans Gin Passionfruit Southside...

Summer nights call for The Properly Improper Gin, Brockmans, and a new fruit-filled cocktail recipe to make evenings a little unconventional, a little different, and a great deal of fun.

The Brockmans Gin mixologists have developed a cocktail designed for those who shy away from the conventional. People still love a G&T, but some evenings require a walk on a slightly wilder side.

This drink is garnished with fresh mint that is abundant at this time of year. It is elegant, citrussy, and, above all, different.

The Passionfruit Southside employs passionfruit to enhance the astonishing dark berry notes that are naturally present in Brockmans: juniper berries, blueberries, and blackberries. These dark berries are given a starring role in the noble tradition of the finest gin making and add complexity to even simple ingredients.
