Making the best of a tough year, Titanium wins four top awards


MEDICINE HAT NEWS


Titanium Sign and Design has only been around for four years, but it has made its mark in that time.


This year, the company was named best auto customizing, best marketing company, best print show and best sign shop in the Hat.


“It’s big news for us,” said owner Kris Trail. “We were so happy to hear we won these categories again.”


The company started primarily as a marketing organization, but quickly added web hosting to its repertoire. Soon after, Titanium bought a signage facility. The company also got into apparel this past year, too.


“Although COVID has been tough, we’ve been making the best of it,” said Trail. “We’ve been helping a lot of

My thanks is to the amazing customers that not only took the time to vote for us but also the smiles they bring to our faces daily. Many of you don’t realize how amazing you are. I often see customers that have shopped with us over the last 3 decades that I’ve been at Animal World. I couldn’t be more blessed with a better group of clients. This past year has been very difficult for many of us. These very uncertain times have made me thankful for our loyal customers who have also become my friends. It has made me thankful for my employees who became more like family. It has allowed me to slow down from my busy days and appreciate the pets, the people and the moments I’ve been given with both.

This year is my 20th year owning Animal World. I worked at the store for 10 years previous, which means 30 years I’ve been doing what I love. So thank you! Thank you to all that voted. Thank you for supporting us throughout the years and the years to come.


Although this year was riddled with hurdles and uncertainty. Through all to the confusion I had my team. My staff that pulled together when times got tough. Who showed up early to help incorporate the additional time needed for the ever changing Covid measures. They always take the time to keep learning and evolving while offering great service and sincere love, care and attention.


I am looking forward to the future when I can once again hug all of you and see your beautiful faces with no masks.
