When founder Maddy Eagle realized her then home-brewed Kombucha was a remedy for her own digestive imbalance, and that the drink made her feel good, she wanted to share the bubbly beverage with others. The brewery went commercial in 2018. Entire refrigerated aisles are dedicated to different Kombucha brands in Publix and Whole Foods.
