GCNKAA LAUNCHES 2021 BUSINESS EXCHANGE IN MARCH
In light of the pandemic, we have made a few important changes to the GCNKAA event schedule for 2021, with the very high hopes that we will be able to meet in per- son again by mid-year. The biggest changes are: 1. Virtual Business Exchange now scheduled for March 17, 2021. This event is typically held in August.
2. Annual Trade Show moved to August 12. Our trade show is typically in March but we are pushing out to better prepare for a live event in light of COVID. 3. Business Exchange in-person event in October
What we would like from you now is your participation in the 2021 Virtual
Business Exchange now scheduled for March 17, 2021, from 8:30 am to 11:30 am. During this virtual Business Exchange, associate members will be able to meet one- on-one with management companies during 5-minute intervals. Unsure about technology? The GCNKAA staff and the Business Exchange Committee have made drastic improvements to the virtual layout of our Business Exchange Event by working closely with our technology crew and other industry as- sociations across the country to improve functionality and effectiveness of the Zoom platform. We have had numerous committee meetings, tested the format, and plan to have a Tips and Tricks tutorial of the event to ensure all participants are able to navi- gate the virtual environment without exception. You will LOVE the ease at which you get to meet with other GCNKAA members in 5 minute increments, simply by clicking on individual links on a virtual event floorplan. For complete details on registering - as an associate member OR a property man- agement company or owner - see page 24 inside.
