NAA BEST PLACES TO WORK This awards program identifies
member organizations that encourage
employee engagement and performance and foster collaborative and innovative work environments. It pays tribute to the employees and their hard work, which directly contributes to the success of sup- pliers, management companies and the entire rental housing industry. NAA will be accepting applications from February 1, 2021 through March 19, 2021. With each nomination, organizations will launch a very con- cise, yet insightful employee satisfaction survey based on the Net Promoter Scores (NPS). All nominees will receive an employee satisfaction report and the anonymous employee raw data once the winners are announced. This information can be used to make improvements to your organization and as a benchmark for future performance.
