Artist's impression of the new beer hall, which will open at

Everards Meadows in spring 2021 A brand new chapter for Everards

Leicestershire-based family business Everards is looking to recruit 40 people to work at its new state-of-the-art brewery, beer hall and shop. The company will move into the Everards Meadow site, just off junction

21 of the M1 and opposite Fosse Park, this spring. The 70-acre food, drink and leisure destination is already home to Jenno's Coffee House and Rutland Cycle after opening in summer 2019. Everards, which sold its previous home across the road and has been

brewing outside the county for the past couple of years, will invite customers to use the space to meet, eat and drink while taking in all the action of the brewery and its spectacular views. They will also be able to take home a selection of their favourite beers

from the shop, which will include a wide range of merchandise and gift ideas. Everards has confirmed it will host brewery tours, allowing customers to get a behind-the-scenes look at the brewery, alongside its plans to launch tasting sessions and brewing workshops in late 2021. “This really is an exciting time for us and the beginning of a brand new

chapter in our 170-year history”, said chairman Richard Everard OBE DL. “We are still an independent family business with strong roots in

Leicestershire and we are about to move into the sixth generation of the family leading the business. “We look forward to welcoming customers to our new home, where they

will be able to enjoy fantastic hospitality while overlooking both the wonderful meadows and our state-of-the-art brewery. We will be brewing a great range of beers and bringing our famous ‘Tiger’ back to Leicestershire.”

The new site is part of Everard’s investment in a new chapter as it moves

kitchen and retail roles. Managing director Eileen Richards MBE said: “We are really excited to be working on this fantastic campaign. Everards Meadows is going to be something everyone will want to experience. “It recruits amazing people and are recognised as an employer of ehoice

that people want to work with. Our businesses share the same values and our people are at the heart of everything we do. Successful businesses develop and maintain strong relationships and truly invest in their people. The recruitment drive is great news for Leicestershire and this industry.”
