and the usual excitement for our club membership is looking forward to watching and, for some, participating in the EXCA World’s Finals, November 3rd to 8th, in Glen Rose, Texas. With the cancellation of shows here in Ontario, and Canada-US border restrictions, this year unfortunately no representa- tives from our club will be attending. However

ber, Ontario Xtreme Cow- boy will be having their Annual General Meeting. This year the Board has opted for on-line or in-per- son attendance by the mem- bership. This year’s AGM meeting will be held at 1pm on November 28th and will include the year in review, OXC Constitution changes, plans for 2021 as well as the general election for open board positions. This year the rotation


of positions includes Vice- President, Secretary-Trea- surer, 3 Directors (all 2-year terms) as well as Fundrais- ing Coordinator and Youth Director (both 1-year term). Nominations will open No- vember 1st and close No- vember
