QUALIFICATION FOR FRANKLINS’ TRAINEE
Franklins Solicitors LLP are pleased to announce that Rebekah Hobbs (pictured) has qualified as a solicitor, following the completion of her training contract with the firm. Rebekah joined Franklins as a paralegal in 2017, after
having attained her Law Degree at Nottingham Trent University. Rebekah also completed her LPC LLM while undertaking her training contact. Rebekah has obtained a huge amount of experience during her training contract with the firm having undertaken seats in corporate services and commercial services. As a qualified solicitor Rebekah has accepted a permanent role within the firm’s business services team, based at the Milton Keynes office. “Undertaking my training contract with Franklins
over the past two years has given me the opportunity to develop a range of commercial law experience. Working closely with the corporate and commercial partners has allowed me to gain an insightful understanding of the law which will enable me to grow as a newly qualified solicitor. I am very much looking forward to furthering my career with the firm.” Helen Taylor TEP, training principal and partner at

Robinson & Hall are delighted to announce that they have welcomed four new starters recently, three in residential lettings and one in their planning & development department. Robinson & Hall, Land and Property Professionals are a leading regional
firm of chartered surveyors, auctioneers, planners and estate agents. Founded in 1882, they have developed into a modern multi-disciplinary
practice offering a comprehensive range of services. Jennifer Holbrow is the new head of residential lettings. Jennifer joined
in April 2020 bringing a wealth of experience with her. She has delivered and maintained a very sizeable and diverse portfolio of
properties, along with growing and managing a successful team. Samantha Hall is the new residential lettings manager. She joined in
March 2020 and has over 17 years’ experience in the lettings industry. Georgie Fuller is the new residential lettings assistant. She joined in June
2020 and has vast experience working for both corporate and independent companies, managing a diverse portfolio of properties. Lastly, Shannon Hubbard joins the planning & development team as
assistant planner. Shannon has a degree in rural property management and has spent the
past three years working as a graduate planner in Cambridge, dealing with a large variety of planning applications and appeals.
