Technological Innovations Group (TIG) has announced plans to grow its residential sales division in the UK by welcoming Zach Smart as its new Junior Sales Manager. Zach joins TIG from Crestron Europe, where he was responsible for customer support. In his new role, he will report to Phil Pini, Head of Residential Sales UK, and will support the team by nurturing their account relations to grow business and ensure a seamless service.


Phil commented: “The residential market in the UK is gaining strength, which represents a superb opportunity for Crestron Home as well as some of TIG's other brand partners. Our position is fur- ther strengthened by having Zach join the team - his impressive product knowledge of the Crestron system, his extensive network and superb ability to deliver a superior service are second to none!” Zach adds: “I'm incredibly excited to be joining the TIG team! Poly has announced the appointment of Dave Shull as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Company's Board of Directors, effective 8th September 2020. Dave Shull succeeds Robert Hagerty, who has served as Interim Chief Executive Officer since February 2020. Hagerty will continue in his role as Chair- man of the Board and resume his membership on the Nominating and Governance and Strategy Committees, as well as his role as Chair of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee. Marv Tseu will continue in his role as Vice Chairman of the Board. “Dave is a technology veteran whose global operations and tele- communications expertise, together with his extensive leadership experience and fresh insights, make him an outstanding leader for Poly,” said Hagerty. “Poly's rich technology history, diverse end markets ranging from offices and call centres to consumers, and proven focus on excellence in innovation mean that we have a tre- mendous opportunity ahead of us.
