Connells appointed to flagship scheme
Solihull-based Living Space Housing has appointed Connells as selling agent on its flagship Malvern Oaks scheme, which is in the village of Cradley, on the outskirts of Malvern. Construction work is already well
underway, and the first of 19 affordable homes are due to be completed this autumn. There will be 19 family houses
and bungalows for sale, with off- plan prices for the first release starting from £220,000. A new playground is also being
developed to create a natural meeting place and encourage a strong sense of community amongst the future occupiers. Living Space sales manager
Maddie Robinson said: “We are really looking forward to the imminent launch of Malvern Oaks, because we will be able to take reservations off-plan. “Connells is the ideal selling
agent for us to work with because of the team’s knowledge of the local second-hand market, as well as new homes. They will be able to advise prospective purchasers who
want to upgrade to Malvern Oaks when their current home needs to be placed on the market.” Malvern Oaks will comprise two,
three and four-bedroom new houses and bungalows. A show home and marketing
suite will be opened to the public in October. Sarah Sargeant, new homes Manager at Connells’ Malvern office said: “We are so excited with this instruction, as Malvern Oaks is a much-needed addition to the local housing market. “It will give locals the opportunity to upgrade to a superb new family home or bungalow and will also meet the pent-up demand from house-hunters looking to relocate to the village. “There are only 19 homes for sale
here and they will initially be released at off-plan prices. We encourage all interested parties to get in touch with us, as appointments will be scheduled on a first come first served basis.” Living Space is a residential planning, design and construction services business.
