ur annual Clubhouse Christmas Lunch proved popular with all of our members and their families and friends. With face painting and biscuit decorating for the younger guests, the more grown-up amongst us were welcomed with a glass of Champagne Laurent-Perrier. Not surprisingly, Philipp Mosimann and his team had created the
perfect Christmas buffet, with patisserie chef Nick Hebditch pulling out all the stops with the puddings. It was all so delicious that second helpings were essential! In addition to the festive fun, we also celebrated several guests' birthdays, with Mosimann's surprising these special diners with a birthday treat of their own. Following coffee, everyone was invited to join in with our own carol service, led by a local choir. With song books provided, there was no excuse not to sing up. The perfect festive finish to a wonderful day.
