Coaldale,was originally scheduled to go in June 2020, due to the pandemic it has been postponed to June 5-6, 2021.The 11th event will be taking place in a new location west of Coaldale off Highway 3.The event will start earlier in the day at 10 a.m.,when the weath- er is a little cooler,and more competitors have been added. “We made some major changes to the (11th event), all based on, all reliant on,we want to ensure the spectators are getting the best value for their dollar.” Outlaw Trucks, full-sized rock crawlers,will be a new


category that will go on both days.Other new cate- gories include Tuff Trucks and Lawnmower races. The Mud Bog portion of the event has also been modified, with it now being a drag race.The Mini’s Demo Derby for local competitors will also be brought back. “The Kinsmen Club of Coaldale has already started planning for 2021,”said Parker.“This is one of the major fundraisers for the Kinsmen Club of Coaldale. We do count on community support, and with that community support,we are able to donate the pro- ceeds from the event to building parks and improve- ments for our community,and at the end of the day, the Kinsmen Club of Coaldale do our best to serve the community’s greatest needs.”
