When the first new occupiers moved into Alban House after the renovation of this important part of Hereford High Town was completed in early January, it brought to a close a nine year saga.
A ‘Twilight Evening’ of viewings with mulled wine and mince pies was held on Wednesday 4 December, a late shopping night, to show Hereford residents the results of a 16 month construction programme by county builders C J Bayliss.
