LIVE 24-SEVEN

You can unlock people's memories, are you also able to help lock away memories if that's needed, or prioritise them, focus them? I unfortunately can’t help people to ‘forget’ things that they’d like to, although I’ve been told many times that would be a great and in demand business! I can help people to file away important information and have easier access to ‘priority’ information by assigning that data to specific ‘mental filing cabinets’. That’s a system that I cover often in both my online and in person trainings.

What's the earliest memory you can recall? I remember finding ways to escape my playpen as a toddler. I would stack up the toys so that I could climb over them and escape. My mom was amazed to see me somehow walking about out of the pen.

You cover so many topics, from success in relationships with memory tips to building friendships; can memory really help on all these fronts? Yes, absolutely. If you remember things about people it shows that you care. There’s no doubt that remembering people’s names and other things about them really helps to build and strengthen relationships. This skill also helps to make you more popular and more likeable in general. When you consider this fact and also that developing your memory skills can help you to better demonstrate your knowledge and expertise to potential clients, help you to master training and exam material, learn foreign languages, keep you sharp as you get older and help your kids in school, it quickly becomes clear that memory skill development should go to the top of your list of New Year Resolutions.
