A car and van broker which offers business and personal lease vehicles is celebrating after winning the greatly sought-after Customer Commitment Award. Silverstone Fleet Management, also known as


SFM, were finalists in the 2018 Northamptonshire Business Awards and were thrilled to win the Customer Commitment Award this year. This particular award is designed to recognise


firms which demonstrate excellence and commitment in the important area of customer service and the judges said that in a competitive market Silverstone Fleet Management stood out from the crowd. Managing director Scott Norville launched the business in a small office on the Brackmills


Industrial Estate back in 2012. Since then the business has expanded significantly and in 2017 it moved to a new purpose-built barn conversion in Preston Deanery. Scott collected the award, with members of


his team, from Gary Wilson, of sponsors GPW Consulting. Scott said: “I am absolutely over the moon to


have won this award. I’d like to thank our whole team and, in particular, our sales manager Ryan Bishop. Ryan does all our networking, he attends all the events and if it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t be here receiving this award. “Our focus is on Northampton and we’ve


been successful because we care about what we do and about our customers from the point of sale right through to delivery.”
