judges were impressed by its efforts to transform the working lives of its clients and their staff and its clear commitment to creating an extraordinary working environment in which its employees can flourish. CEO Della Wolfe, who leads the business with fellow co-owners Lyndsey Simpson and Jeanette
Ramsden, was joined by other staff from The Curve Group and their clients Ricoh and Kubota as she received their award from Andy Smart of category sponsors Virtual Sales Team. Della said: “This is the award we wanted to
win! Our mantra is ‘transforming working lives.’ This philosophy is not just about the people we engage with externally; we want to help everyone that works for us to live their best lives. We believe that the best recruitment and human resource solutions are built around one thing – great people. So, people are therefore at the heart of everything we do.”

REED Specialist Recruitment REED was founded in 1960 by Sir Alec Reed and has grown organically to be a global recruitment company and job site with more than 3,500 employees working in 140 locations worldwide. Its purpose is simple: ‘improving lives through work’. It receives more than 40 million job applications annually and has delivered over 100 programmes to help more than 150,000 long-term unemployed people back into work. Charity is an integral part of REED. The Reed foundation owns 18% of the company, which means one day a week, the company's profits are going towards charitable causes. They say: "We Love Mondays and on Fridays we work for charity."
