The Fuchsia Caffe Catering headed by Laura is a catering business located within Tenby, Pembrokeshire. With over a decade working in the hospitality sector our passion for local, wholesome, colourful cakes and providing an excellent customer experience has enabled us to create a business which we love.
What Occasions do you cater for? We cater for all types of events from birthday parties to hen parties, baby showers, christenings and wakes. The majority of our catering is for weddings. While planning a wedding there are many details to consider. From the dress to the rings to
the flowers, all you want is for your day to be perfect for you. Choosing wedding catering can be hard but we at The Fuchsia Caffe want to help you in making your day extra special, whether you want a buffet, a sit down meal or a bbq we can help you. In our costings we include all cutleries, crockery, glassware, chefs & waiting staff. We are more than caterers, we take care of the whole day whether it be in a castle, marquee or cow
shed!…… we set up, serve and break down at the end of the day.

How long before the big day should couples look to book an outside caterer? To ensure your date is still available you should aim to book your caterer as soon as possible, however we have organised wedding catering within a month of the wedding so need to panic if time seems to be flying by! By contacting caterers early on in the planning process you will also be able to get an idea of costs to factor into your budget.
What advice would you give to couples looking to book outside caterers? Take your time, do your research and look at a few websites and social media feeds as a starting point. This should give you a good idea as to whether a caterer offers an authentic service that
