This is great for busy families who are involved in several activities at once, all the best Clubs are at FLC


Winter Programs PreCan is the fi rst step in the “learn to skate” program designed for skater’s ages 3-5 years.


CanSkate is the second step in the “learn to skate” program for skater’s ages 5 years and up. Stargroup is the fi rst transition from CanSkate to STARSkate. Skaters will join group lessons once or twice a week, to begin learning fi gure skating skills.


STARSkate is the competitive and non-competitive fi gure skating program. Skaters work in both group and private lesson formats to achieve skills in Ice Dance, Freeskate, Skills and Interpretive. Skaters must have a minimum of CanSkate Badge 3. Pre/Jr. CanPowerSkate is the “learn to skate” program designed for skater’s ages 4-8 years that wish to learn


in full hockey gear. Advanced CanPowerSkate teaches additional skating skills and improves power and effi ciency for hockey and ringette players. Complete gear is required.


Fall CanPower Clinics (September) Get ready for the upcoming ringette / hockey season. 3 one week sessions at $100.00-$125.00/session.
