Tell us about your company and your role there.


ComplianceOne assists employers with all aspects of their drug and alcohol testing program. In addition to having a staff of mobile collectors and a walk-in clinic, we maintain a network of preferred collection sites. We also offer an employee assistance program that includes 24/7/365 access to licensed mental health professionals. I’m the manager of training services and a Certified Professional Collector Trainer®.

What has been your favorite membership benefit since being a part of DATIA?


We’ve been members since 1999. DATIA has always been a trusted resource for us.


Tis is the third year we’ve participated in the Certified Professional Collector®, Certified Professional Collector Trainer® and Accredited Collection Facility programs offered by DATIA. All of our collectors are certified, which proves to our customers that we’re commited to providing the best collection services possible.


What is a fun fact about your organization that you would like to share?


We care! We build relationships with our customers and our preferred collection site network partners. We work to alleviate issues that may arise between employers and collection sites. We take very seriously the integrity of the collection and alcohol testing process. ❚
