I don’t know about you, but I’m a big Great British Bake Off fan. So I was delighted to be able to feature the queen of Bake Off herself, Mary Berry, in this issue of All About Health. Mary’s had an incredible career and shows no signs of
slowing down or retiring, which is particularly inspiring in an 84-year-old. Of course she has a great job, which helps, and who would want to retire when surrounded by cakes all day? Having found out much more about Mary lately I’m particularly impressed with her no-nonsense approach to

diet and exercise. I doubt Mary has ever followed a fad diet in her life. Instead she believes in eating sensibly and not denying herself anything. She’s not addicted to exercise either – she doesn’t go to the gym but walks the dogs and does the odd spot of gardening. And that’s probably the secret to her success. Everything in moderation.
