As a Regulated Canadian immigration Consultant Sharps is recognized by IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) and CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency)


With HR SOLUTIONS, Sharps’ additional business, she can assist companies with hiring temporary foreign workers if they struggle to find Canadians to do the job. But the majority of her immigration is 100 per cent skilled workers coming from all countries, primarily I see most of my referrals from Europe. So England, Germany, Ireland — that area, however Sharps is aspiring to opening an office later this year in India.


Many New immigrants, Sharps notes, arrive in Canada as skilled workers, rather


than having to gain the skills upon arrival to the Medicine Hat area. “They don’t already have jobs or an employer’s not sponsoring. They’re paying their own way to the country. They have the finances, they have all of that,” there is such a misconception with how immigration works according to Sharps.
