TALHFA was established as a mem- bership organization. It was al-


ways planned that the membership would guide the association’s path. Seven committees were formed to plan and manage certain tasks of the association. Only the Execu- tive Committee & the Personnel Committee are restricted to Board Members. The remaining five com- mittees, described below, are open to any TALHFA members wanting to participate.
