Melinda Frazer Selected to Fill Unexpired Board Term of


TALHFA’s Board has elected Melinda Frazer to complete the unexpired term of former Board member, Tim Nelson.


Melinda is the Director of Business Development for Portfolio Resident Service – Texas Inter-Faith, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing seniors and families with community support and self- sufficiency through resident services.


She works closely with tax credit multi-family owners and management companies to provide TDHCA LURA compliance. This experience has given her an abundance of knowledge and expertise by drawing awareness of the needs and benefits of affordable housing to local officials, community leaders and stakeholders in the State of Texas.


Melinda believes in building key relationships that foster the development and implementation of stra- tegic goals for continued growth and success in the affordable housing industry.


Tim will remain a very active and involved TALHFA member!
