2019 looks to be another challenging year for Affordable Housing. Membership in TALHFA is the key to staying informed regarding Affordable Housing legislative issues in Texas. We have a considerable amount of work to do during the 86th Legislative Session. TALHFA Members will receive email Legislative Alerts on key issues as they occur. We’ll ask a number of members from across the state to join us, especially if we are meeting with a legislative office in your district. You’ll be notified immediately of hearings on housing issues. Plan to attend and establish a coalition. No other association can provide the networking and educational op- portunities from a LOCAL perspective. TALHFA is working diligently for YOU and your local programs at the Texas Capitol. TALHFA is here to serve you.
