What is DelegateManager? In its simplest form DelegateManager is a customisable event registration system, which allows users to stream- line attendee management making their lives much easier. Gone are the days when delegate information was managed using methods like Excel spreadsheets or even pen and paper to check in guests. Outdated tools like these are no longer efficient and can lead to big queues, long delays, and a disappointing experience for your guests.
Who should be using it? Everyone that manages delegates or guests at events. Originally developed for in-house use, we quickly realised that DelegateManager was a tool that clients and other event profession- als could benefit from.
What are the key features? DelegateManager can keep track
of who will be attending your event, send reminders and updates to guests’ phones, integrate with delegates’ calendars and anal- yse guests’ data. All with a fully branded interface, allowing the tool to be cohesive with event branding and identity.
What makes DelegateManager different? DelegateManager has a dedicated check-in app. Tis can be used across multiple devices, even in areas of limited or no Wi-Fi. It reduces the need for paper and speeds up delegate check-in through powerful search and cus- tomisable filter. By allowing event managers to get real-time access to attendance levels and other impor- tant data it can greatly assist when running an event of any size.
