doses of less than 1500mg and, indeed, some healthcare providers may recommend a 1,000mg ginger capsule to decrease morning sickness. But, concerns have been expressed that high dosages could raise the risk of miscarriage. Also, speak to your GP if you’re on medication for blood pressure or blood clots, or


if you have a history of any prior miscarriage, clotting disorder, vaginal bleeding, and dizziness.
