WHAT YER LISTENING TO?

So we thought we’d find out what some of you fine people were listening to!

Nawaza

"Music is a moral law. It gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life and to everything" - Plato

Tom, 23, future student I was listening to, ‘You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feeling’ by Hall and Oates. I just put the album on, because I don't have any Steely Dan on my phone at the moment, and they’re sort of the closest thing that I have.

Ab, 20, law student at DMU I’ve just come home to see my nephew, who was born a week ago, on my birthday. Right now I’m listening to Lil Yachty’s ‘Harley’ from the Teenage Emotions album. Recently I’ve been listen to a lot of grim, but this was just on in the background. I was listening to Lil Yachty ages ago, when a Vine was posted, with that really big song ‘1 Night’. I was thinking, this is really kind of hard and then from that just started listening to him.

Georgia, 20, student at NUA I was listening to a band called Agar Agar and it’s on the ‘Shivers’ track right now. Spotify recommended them to me, from listening to Christine and the Queens. So their kind of synthy and they have like really wired lyrics, which I enjoy. Their quite good for being at the gym, they’ve got a lot of attitude which is fun.
