Here at Angel Podiatry we stock a wide range of footwear.

Everyone’s feet are different in size, shape and width and our staff are here to help you shop for the perfect fit.

We take time to understand the style of footwear you would like and give advice on the choice of shoe.

When choosing our seasonal stock we are looking for style and comfort.

As we are in the business of looking after the health of your feet we take care in finding styles that will accommodate a custom insole and off the shelf prescriptions.

Halesworth Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group

THE Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group is busy analysing

all the information

provided by the people who completed our questionnaire. It is a complicated piece of work and we will be getting some help to maximise its value. Meanwhile, we are going to register with the Government organisation which provides Neighbourhood Plan groups with the funding needed to develop their plans. We would then submit our bid for funds, probably in April. We will keep you informed on our progress. We are still looking for some

Norwich City Supporters

IT goes on, not since April 2009 have City lost to "you know who up the road". A feisty local derby had all the usual ingredients, crunching tackles, a fervent crowd plus flags and banners. There was also a slight "disagreement" just before halftime with ex City manager sent to the stand after confronting the City back room staff. Town had a degree of control in the middle of the pitch but offered little in the way of goal mouth danger. An early Hernandez goal

settled

the nerves and two goals from Teemu Pukki sealed yet another win. At the time of writing City still sit at the top of the table but with thirteen games to go anything can happen. It’s all change in the bottom half of our Fantasy Football competition, Dave is in the wooden spoon position, Fred and Charlie have leapt into mid table, and Josh has a healthy one hundred point lead. Next update at our March meeting on the 20th.

Halesworth Men’s Shed March Update

HELLO readers, March is upon us and we are all gearing up for a busy Spring and Summer. We have some big plans to carry out during the Spring - we are re-organising the Shed layout so that we can expand the

section, create some new bench areas

for

engineering small

craft

users and move as much dust generation into its own area away from other users. We're moving our lathes and wood storage into new areas to free up space in the main workshop for the small craft workers and engineers. We are going to be offering in enamelling, metal

classes jewellery-making,

working and other small crafts when we have the areas sorted out, so watch this space for more

information classes.

Another project we are kicking off

is to change our

front entrance to make it more weatherproof, give better access to wheelchair

users

and generally make it more welcoming. We are also getting ready for our annual appearance at Heveningham Country Fair so we're making planters, garden seats, bird-boxes etc to sell at the fair. So, lots going on to make the

on these

Shed more accessible, provide more services and attract more members with diverse skills, interests

and requirements.

Come and see us, you may find something to interest you. On Saturday 16th February

some of our Shedders visited the Halesworth to Southwold Narrow Gauge Railway Society site for a very informative and interesting meeting with their co-Chairman. We went along because we have been having talks with Society on mutually beneficial working and seeing the site and rolling stock and talking about their challenges gave us all a better idea of how we can best help each other. The enthusiasm and vision of the HSNGRS people is very infectious and if they can succeed in their ambitions the Narrow Gauge Railway could be a real boost for Halesworth and all points east, over the next few years. Shed opening days and times: Tuesday - Thursday 10am - 2pm; Saturdays 10am - 12pm.

Property Photography Why we use a professional

I often refer to the advertising portals as the tinder of the property marketing

world, this is of course tongue in cheek, but the principles are the same. Hours of scrolling and swiping on a mobile device waiting for a prospective partner or property to jump out at us with an attractive front shot. For those of you not au fait with tinder, it is a mobile phone dating app. As with property portals the dating app has two seconds to capture the interest of the prospective partner or buyer, making it imperative that your front shot stands out from the crowd. After capturing your prospective buyers

attention comes the more complex task of retaining their interest, your property may tick all or many of the boxes the buyer needs practically, but how do your photographs make the potential viewer feel? Do they feel that your property has been well looked after or like your property needs a lot of work? Do they display a relaxed feel or do the pictures look cluttered and chaotic? We were called out to a property recently, the property had been on the market for three months, not one viewing had been

carried out and the agent was encouraging the vendor to decrease the asking price. The property is in a highly affordable price bracket and the lack of interest was surprising. On reviewing the online marketing, the large tv in the living room had been left on, drawing the eye to the screen, the cushions not plumped on the sofa, the washing line was left out in the garden, the car in the front of the property and the pictures were dark. The lack of interest no longer such a mystery maybe? No doubt before placing your property on the market or even having a valuation on your property, you will have had a look online to see the types of properties that you deem to meet your new set of requirements and budget. Try having a look back through, pay attention to the properties you click on, look at the photographs, how do they make you feel? Write down any do’s and don’ts that can be applied to your property, but most of all at this stage, pay attention to the agents that make the effort to ensure that their customers properties are making a stand-out first impression.
