The speed limit for that sec- tion of road is 40mph. The Lexus then hit a traffic island

bones and a serious head injury, and was rushed to a London hos-
pital,where he remained for an ex- tended period. He continues to re- ceive treatment for his injuries. Mockford (51), of Oakmead,
