Villa les Roches Brunes Dinard
Its dramatic setting is the fi rst thing you’ll notice about Les Roches Brunes. Built in the 1890s for Parisian designer Émile Poussineau, the grand Belle Époque villa sits on a steep crag overlooking the ocean, a stirring mark on Dinard’s coastal skyline. Today it is an art gallery, and until September 30 it hosts a Robert Doisneau exhibition. With more than 100 of the legendary shutterbug’s photographs, divided between the most iconic snapshots and an original selection of silver prints, the showcase presents a unique opportunity to pair breathtaking views with some of this century’s most infl uential imagery.
