Although OUT-SOURCING is looking to go a step further than the traditional corporate/third sector initiative. It has much bigger plans. It wants to make a world where everyone can be given a place to work. These high ideals have led to the creation of Outsourcing Business Services (OSBS). This ground-breaking firm currently employs 120 people, all of whom have disabilities – with the exception of the in-house mental health welfare professionals and sign language interpreters – and operates out of seven locations in Japan – with two more coming on stream later this year. Through joint efforts in planning, OUT-SOURCING plans to help this innovative business model to grow and

These ground-breaking changes include a legal cap on overtime – essential in a country which is known for its chronically long hours – the introduction of an “equal work equal pay” principle as well as the ushering in of a new system which will allow some workers to be paid on their

develop into an organisation that connects people together and is recognised for its ability to deliver, not just focusing on the ability of its staff.
This charitable and person-led work perfectly complements OUT-SOURCING Inc’s charitable activities, which are an expression of the company’s philosophy and commitment to people and society. So, members of Guards Polo Club will not be surprised to learn that the first final of the OUT-SOURCING Inc Royal Windsor Cup – which will be played on The Queen’s Ground on Sunday 24 June – will reflect not only the company’s ethical compass, but the firm’s wish to make people happy, be of service, give back to society and highlight their charitable relationships. A different perspective on work, charity and people will deliver a new and exciting dynamic to this most prestigious of polo events.
