present the impressive Inkerman London prizes to the winning team. This 10-goal tournament, the penultimate contest at this level in the Club’s packed calendar, had attracted seven teams. Two of those had earlier battled for the subsidiary final, which was won by another Club Board Director. This time it was Mo Sheikh who collected the winners’ prizes on behalf of his Bridge House of Twyford team. They defeated new Club patron Jonathan Hare’s Harum Scarum 7-4.
