WINNER: Onecom Fareham-based, one of the UK’s largest independent business telecoms providers with 12 regional offices and over 400 staff. Onecom believes its significant growth has come through substantial investment in its people and processes. Aiming to offer unrivalled customer service, it was recently named an ‘Exceptional Business’ at the Amazon national awards.

Irwin Mitchell partner Hannah Clipston noted Onecom’s rapid progress with organic growth and targeted acquisitions helping to more than double its 2016 turnover to over £68 million.
Success has been built on strong telecoms partnerships, an impressive established customer commitment towards development of business connectivity solutions and programmes, transparency on costs, and Onecom’s “enviable workplace culture”.

This family-owned business has grown significantly through new sites and acquisitions – the latest being Wilksworth Caravan Park, near Wimborne.
