When you look at other municipalities (take Asheville, for example), we have much, much more flat water than there and many other towns and cities. Chances are that many of you are drawn to some of these lakes, but did you know there are at least 9 in the Triad proper alone? When we speak of the Triad proper we refer to Greensboro, High Point and Winston-Sa- lem and immediate surrounding areas.
