Fun Fair Carnival at Radiant Living


T


he Radiant Living Center, in Oklahoma City, will host a Fun Fair Carnival from 11 a.m. to


5 p.m., April 28. Tis family-friendly event features professional holistic practitioners, allowing attendees to experience all that the center offers. Visitors can test out a variety of modalities for no more than one dollar per minute,


with sessions ranging from five to 20 minutes. Options include acupuncture, healing touch sessions, sound healing sessions, a fairyologist reader, current roadblock consulta- tions, energetic clearing, chakra balancing sessions, aura pictures, herbal consultation, essential oils therapy, rapid eye technology, energy healing sessions, shamanic reiki ses- sions, and more. Concessions will be available from food trucks, including vegan options Rockin’ Rotolo. Visitors can purchase raffle tickets to win three 30-minute sessions, valued at $120.

Casi Summers will teach students how to modify their yoga practice to make it arthritis-friendly. Attendees will learn to better understand the arthrit-


ic body and how yoga can help mitigate arthritis-related issues, how to create a safe and beneficial yoga practice, as well as tools and techniques for maintaining a body in motion. Summers, who has dealt with arthritis since child-


hood, finds yoga to be her best approach to living a full, active life. “Yoga really keeps me mobile,” she says, “especially with Oklahoma’s ever-changing weather patterns. It has significantly reduced my joint pain. Yoga also helps me manage pain when I do have it. I’m not as susceptible to diving into my pity party.”
