If you are a grandparent raising a grandchild or grandchildren, you may feel stretched and have a lot of questions, concerns and needs. Sunbeam Family Services empowers grandparents by offering support groups, school supply assistance, holiday assistance, and other resources. What is Care Trak?
Care Trak is a program of Sunbeam Family Services that issues bracelets which emit a radio frequency to help Oklahoma City and Norman Police officers to electronically locate at-risk people who have wandered off or gone missing.
Who qualifies to participate in Care Trak?
• A person diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease, Dementia, Autism, Down Syndrome, Traumatic Brain Injury or Cognitive Impairment
• A person living in the jurisdiction of the Oklahoma City or Norman Police Department
• A responsible adult who monitors the person’s daily activity
