These Terms and Conditions explain your rights and obligations. Please read them carefully. You may have other legal rights and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these where this is not permitted by law.

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at the price set out in the order. The contract between us will be concluded when we accept your offer by dispatching the goods. We will not be obliged to supply the goods to you and no contract will exist between us until this point. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full. You will not export any goods purchased from us in contravention of United States of America export controls. Payment
Payment can be made by postal order, cheque, bank draft, bank transfer, cash (by registered mail only) or credit card (bearing any of the symbols shown on our order form). All payments must be in £ sterling and must be made at the time of placing the order. Our bank details are:

Prices do not include postage and packing, which will be calculated in accordance with the Delivery provisions below. All prices are in £ sterling, and do not include VAT, which will be charged at the current rate if delivered to any UK or EC address, or if collected from our premises (even if our customer is taking the goods abroad). Our VAT registration number is GB 487 2219 25. Prices are checked regularly and subject to change. However, if we find the price has changed significantly when we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed. If you confirm that you wish to proceed then please remember that we will not be under an obligation to supply the goods until we have confirmed that we have received your order and shipped the goods. If you discover you have made a mistake in your order please contact us immediately.
When comparing prices please make sure you are comparing the same product. A lot of spares may be available from other sources as cheaper reproduction parts, either made in the UK or abroad. We pride ourselves in quality products. Our parts are sourced from all over the world and the use of part numbers are for identification and reference and do not indicate source of supply. Delivery We endeavour to despatch all our orders either the same day or within 1 working day, with very few exceptions. However, we cannot give an exact delivery date. Most UK parcels/packets under 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail first class mail, parcels over this weight would be sent by courier which should be delivered in 1 to 2 working days. The charge for postage and packing for such deliveries will be 10% + vat of the total order value (minimum charge of £2.50, maximum £10.00, prices are before VAT has been added.
Orders overseas will be sent by an international carrier service. Who and on which service, will depend on the weight, value and the country of destination. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of the date given in our confirmation of your order then you may cancel the contract and we will refund any money paid by you.
Damaged or Defective Goods We will supply goods that will remain free from defects in materials or caused by workmanship for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible to arrange for their return, either to us or the manufacturer (at our option). If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you at our option. Business Customers and Customers purchasing from outside the United Kingdom If you are a Business Customer or a Customer purchasing from outside the United Kingdom:
we will not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits (whether direct or indirect), revenue, goodwill or any incidental, indirect, special or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us; and Any other liability will be limited to the price paid for the goods; except that we do not exclude or limit our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability for which we are not permitted to exclude or limit by law. Other Information of which You Need to be Aware We advise you to keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions and your order for your information in the future. Any contract between us shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. All dealings, correspondence and contact between us, including the contract, shall be made or conducted in the English language. If you are a Consumer
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are not purchasing either wholly or in part for your business or you are not a business) you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You must inform us in writing if you wish to cancel within seven working days, starting on the day after the goods are delivered to you. If you choose to cancel then you must return the goods to us at your cost and risk and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during the return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation or when requested by us to do so, whichever occurs first, we can collect the goods from you at your cost. Details of how to exercise this right will be provided on request.
Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or credits. An invoice number will be accepted as proof of purchase. Please fully fill out the yellow returns form to enable us to process your returns efficiently and quickly.
RETURNS Return of wrongly supplied goods.
In the unlikely event that we have supplied incorrect or faulty goods we will refund, credit or replace the parts as requested (with adjustments in charges where necessary). 1. replacement parts will normally be sent free of charge, after return of the incorrectly supplied items. 2. only undamaged and saleable goods will be accepted.
Return of wrongly ordered goods.
Where goods are returned as a result of being incorrectly ordered 1. a credit note will be issued or a refund made after the returned items are received by us. 2. only undamaged and saleable goods will be accepted. 3. a restocking fee may be charged at our discretion.
Overseas returns: please state on the customs form that the parts are being returned under warranty with no duty to pay. Any returns received where duty has to be paid will be deducted from any credit/refund
