B&L Hosts Odyssey Classes B&L Information Systems, global

leader in ERP for metalcasters, has announced the 2018 Odyssey Boot Camp and Crystal Reports class list for Odyssey users. Additionally, B&L will be hosting several specialty classes over the summer as well as Spectrum, the Odyssey users’ conference, in the fall. Crystal Reports is a commonly

used platform which expands the reach of data. B&L offers quarterly Odyssey Crystal Reports classes to help Odyssey users in: creating basic reports using data from Odyssey; modifying existing Odyssey reports to create new Odyssey reports; as well as to navigate and understand the Odyssey database structure. Crystal Reports classes will be hosted at the B&L office on: February 5th – 6th, May 23rd – 24th, August 16th - 17th, and November 7th – 8th. Odyssey Boot Camp is ideal for getting new staff off to a productive start or to transition staff over to Odyssey’s Web User Interface (UI). Over the course of two days, B&L implementation trainers demonstrate hands-on methods used to work in the Odyssey ERP system and assist students with company- specific questions, as well as provide a high-level overview of the integration of the entire Odyssey software system. All classes are taught using Odyssey’s browser-based Web UI. Odyssey Boot Camp will be hosted: February 7th – 8th, May 21st – 22nd, August 14th - 15th, and November 5th – 6th. In early summer, B&L will also be hosting two on-site classes aimed at

®

helping current Odyssey users do more with their Odyssey ERP system:

• Web Transition is a two-day session hosted April 11th – 12th focused on helping the administrators of current Windows Odyssey companies’ transition to Odyssey’s new Web User Interface

• Inventory Control is a one-day class hosted July 25th with a focus on maximizing the tools within Odyssey that help with maintaining inventory records B&L’s annual users’ conference,

Spectrum, will be in Nashville, Tennessee on September 16th – 18th. During this conference, B&L’s expert staff leads classes on a variety of Odyssey and related software topics at the largest gathering of metalcasting ERP users in the country. Designed to give users a “taste” of different areas and functions of the Odyssey ERP software, the conference is planned with ample industry networking time. New for 2018, B&L will also be

hosting a special one-day Executive Conference on May 24th. Designed for C-level management at Odyssey using companies, this event will include on-site discussions with B&L senior management and networking time at the Senior PGA Tournament. Due to space limitations, advanced

registration is required for all hands-on classes. Registration information for all B&L classes and Spectrum may be found at the website: BLInfo.com/BLClasses.
