65th Annual ICI Technical Conference: Call for Papers
T
his is a CALL FOR PAPERS for the 65th Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition of the Investment Casting Institute
to be held at the Kansas City Marriott, Kansas City, MO, October 21 – 24, 2018. All Members are encouraged to submit papers, however strong consideration is given to papers that are authored or co-authored by foundries. Abstracts are due no later than March 30th for persons
wanting to present a paper at the ICI Technical Conference. Papers should address cost reduction, improved quality and continuous improvement techniques that enhance competitiveness. Of greatest interest are technologies and methods that will have an immediate impact on a foundry operation or that will make casting manufacturers more competitive. All papers should be prepared and presented in English. This year’s theme is “Investment in the Future.”
